PPC Specialist

NETENDERS, an international holding specialized in online clothing business through its Wordans and Needen sites is looking for a PPC Specialist. 


You will join a young, dynamic and international team working in an office in the heart of the Gothic district of Barcelona and a few minutes from the port.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, relational, team player who enjoys working in a team environment and is proactive, independent with great communication skills. 

Through Wordans.com, Needen.com, and more projects to come, our company is expanding a lot and you will evolve within a fast-paced environment:

What you will do:

As a SEM Specialist you are responsible together with another team member of a portfolio of 3 brands: Wordans, Needen and N Textile, to run paid campaigns in online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Criteo, etc. Some of your tasks will include: 

  • Continuously optimize CPA and ROAS

  • Optimize campaigns by iterating creatives and copywriting (A/B test methodology)

  • Segment audiences and targeting of campaigns to increase their effectiveness

  • Build reports and dashboards to analyze paid campaigns and make changes where necessary

Who you are:

  • You have experience managing paid ads in both: B2C and B2B space.
  • You have experience managing various campaign types: Search, Shopping, Display, etc.
  • You have managed and monitored campaign budgets and performance, you know how to implement optimizations and improve results.
  • Take part in SEO pre-sales projects process: websites audit in natural and paid indexing
  • You have at least 2-3 years of digital marketing experience managing and monitoring paid campaigns
  • Data is your passion and you are proficient in analyzing results and providing reports with business actionable quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • You can combine both long-term strategic thinking with an eye on short-term goals.
  • You have an international spirit and you can communicate fluently (speaking and writing) in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Being proactive and independent.
  • Advanced skills in web analytics and data visualization. Strong Google Spreadsheets skills.


We will value:

  • Knowledge and/or experience using Google DataStudio.

  • Any previous experience in agencies or large end-clients.

  • Knowledge with new Google products will be highly appreciated: YouTube Trueview for Action, Smart Display, Image and Dynamic Image Extension.

  • Experience managing large accounts / budgets.

  • Ability to speak French is an advantage but not essential.
